Bentley MXROAD Suite combines all of the power of MXROAD (an advanced, string-based modeling tool for new design of all road types) together with PowerSurvey (an all-in-one, standalone survey solution), MXRENEW (a complimentary solution that fits new design onto existing roads for rehabilitation and reconstruction), and MXURBAN (parametric design software for roads in cities and urban areas).
Bentley MXROAD Suite includes the ability to quickly create new design alternatives for any type of scheme in order to achieve the "ideal” road system. Upon selection of the final design alternative, MXROAD automates much of the design detailing process, saving the user time and money.
Bentley MXROAD uses 3D string modeling technology—a proven, powerful, and concise method of creating any 3D surface. CHEMCAD – пакет программ для моделирования и расчета технологических схем с рециклическими потоками органических и неорганических веществ и непрерывных смесей (в случае нефтяных фракций), а также энергетических потоков. CHEMCAD позволяет создавать, анализировать и оптимизировать различные варианты технологического оформления производственных процессов, оценивать их эффективность и выбирать наилучший из них. Комплекс исследований с использованием CHEMCAD дает возможность добиться удовлетворительного совпадения результатов расчетов с данными промышленных экспериментов, что позволяет решать задачи автоматического управления процессами и повышения эффективность действующих производств, определения оптимальных режимных и конструкционных параметров процессов в отдельных аппаратах с позиции всего производства в целом.
CHEMCAD предназначен для:
- подготовки оптимальных исходных данных по единицам оборудования и трубопроводным системам для рабочего инженерно-технического проектирования при создании новых, а также реконструкции и диверсификации действующих химических и нефтехимических производств;
- исследования и оптимизации работы систем автоматического регулирования химико-технологических процессов, в том числе и в составе систем автоматизированного управления технологическими процессами (АСУТП);
- разработки динамических моделей действующих технологических процессов, так называемых «виртуальных производств» при создании тренажеров для операторов и инженеров химических производств.
CHEMCAD включает:
- базы данных по свойствам индивидуальных веществ и различные методы их прогнозирования;
- программные модули для вычисления отсутствующих в базе данных свойств индивидуальных веществ и их смесей (а также параметров уравнений для их расчета) по минимальному объему экспериментальных данных и структурным формулам их молекул;
- базы данных по расчетным модулям типовых процессов химической технологии, протекающих в реакторах, абсорбционных, ректификационных и экстракционных колоннах (с тарелками и насадками различных типов, а также для случая совмещенных процессов хемосорбции и хеморектификации), дистилляционных аппаратах, теплообменниках различных типов (кожухотрубных и пластинчатых, аппаратах воздушного охлаждения и теплообменниках типа «труба в трубе»), компрессорах, насосах, фильтрах, центрифугах, дробилках, кристаллизаторах, циклонах, сушилках и др.;
- расчетные модули для определения конструкционных параметров типового оборудования химических производств – колонных аппаратов, теплообменников, резервуаров, трубопроводов, диафрагм, аппаратов высокого давления и др.;
- программные модули для проведения расчетных исследований и оптимизации технологических схем химических производств, в том числе и периодической ректификации;
- программные модули для расчета параметров динамических режимов химических реакторов и колонных аппаратов абсорбции и ректификации совместно регуляторами и исполнительными устройствами;
- программные модули для расчета стоимости единиц оборудования химических производств.

PowerSurvey is a comprehensive survey data management solution. It provides surveying professionals with a complete set of survey-specific tools for both InRoads and GEOPAK. Built on MicroStation PowerDraft, the software directly processes the data from your field survey device and automatically displays the resulting graphics onscreen. You can then manipulate the data using PowerSurvey's editing, reduction, and adjustment tools. PowerSurvey communicates with all industry-leading data collectors. Connect your data collector directly to a personal computer, laptop, or tablet PC and use PowerSurvey to manage the survey data. PowerSurvey can also upload GEOPAK or InRoads data to the data collector for field stakeout procedures. PowerSurvey supports extensive feature databases that detail the representation of each survey shot or feature — including symbolization, labeling, DTM control, and more. The feature database is completely user-definable and ensures standardization from the field surveyor to designer. As you process data, the software draws points and features in accordance with the feature table specified. With this powerful capability, you can generate drawings onsite —immediately after the survey has been collected — for in-field verification. Editing and adjusting your survey data is an intuitive process when you use PowerSurvey. The software employs industry-standard routines to quickly make geometry adjustments and finalize your data. PowerSurvey offers least squares, compass rule, and transit rule adjustments. You can visually inspect the adjusted data and complete the topographic drawing in both DGN and DWG formats. The data can then be shared with the members of the project team that are using either GEOPAK or InRoads. Bentley PowerSurvey includes integrated coordinate geometry (COGO) tools. This valuable toolset enables you to perform offset commands, intersections, traverse, and many other geometry commands. Additionally, you can leverage the data generated with other modules of the InRoads and GEOPAK families of products. |
