Autodesk To Acquire NavisWorks

Sheffield, UK, 1st June 2007: NavisWorks Ltd. today confirmed that Autodesk Inc., had signed an agreement to acquire privately-held NavisWorks for about $25 million in cash.

A statement from Autodesk was released on Thursday 31st May 2007. This announcement confirms that Autodesk has signed an agreement to acquire NavisWorks, a privately-held company based in Sheffield, England for approximately $25 million in USD cash, subject to a working capital adjustment. The acquisition underscores Autodesk's commitment to help its customers derive the greatest possible value from the information created during all phases of the design process.
