This software is designed to give the most accurate possible assessment of the risks and effects associated from a planned release, or a loss of containment scenario. No safety factors are included. When making an engineering design decision using the models herein, or assessing the consequences of a potential accident, it is up to you, the user, to make your own judgment as to applicability of each model, and how to use the results.
