AspenTech aspenONE Engineering Suite v7 consists of:

Process Modeling (Aspen Plus)

Process Modeling tool for steady state simulation, design, performance monitoring, optimization and business planning for chemicals, petrochemicals, fine chemicals and several other industries. The following licensable products could be installed: Aspen Plus, Aspen Properties, Aspen Polymers Plus, Aspen Distillation Synthesis(formerly Aspen Split), Aspen Rate-Based Distillation (formerly Aspen RateSep), Aspen Plus Optimizer, Aspen Mixed Integer Optimizer (formerly Aspen MINLP Optimization).

Advanced Simulation Options. This functionality allows creation of custom models using Aspen Custom Modeler and gives the the user access to advanced process simulation capabilities such as dynamic simulation, batch distillation, adsorption and utilities management. The following licensable products could be installed: Aspen Custom Modeler, Aspen Model Runner, Aspen Plus Dynamics (formerly Aspen Dynamics), Aspen Batch Distillation (formerly Aspen BatchSep), Aspen Adsorption (formerly Aspen Adsim), Aspen Utilities Planner, Aspen Utilities On-Line Optimizer (formerly Aspen Utilities Operations).

Exchanger Design and Rating. This functionality consists of thermal and mechanical design, cost estimation and drawings for heat exchangers. The following licensable products could be installed: Aspen Air Cooled Exchanger (formerly Aspen ACOL+), Aspen Fired Heater (formerly Aspen FiredHeater), Aspen Shell and Tube Exchanger (formerly Aspen TASC+), Aspen Shell and Tube Mechanical (formerly Aspen Teams), Aspen Plate Exchanger (formerly Aspen Plate+), Aspen HTFS Research Network.

Economic Evaluation. This functionality enables cost estimation of process simulation models using detailed cost models. The following licensable products could be installed: Aspen Process Economic Analyzer (formerly Aspen Icarus Process Evaluator), Aspen In-Plant Cost Estimator (formerly Aspen Icarus Project Manager),
Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (formerly Aspen Kbase).

Energy and Flare Analysis. This functionality consists of heat and energy integration, as well as analysis of flare systems. The following licensable products could be installed: Aspen Energy Analyzer (formerly Aspen HX-Net), Aspen Flare System Analyzer (formerly Aspen FLARENET).

Aspen Simulation Workbook. This functionality provides an Excel Add-In that connects to Microsoft Excel in a live manner. The following licensable product could be installed: Aspen Simulation Workbook.
