Blue Marble Geographics and Spatial Energy are pleased to introduce this version of Global Mapper, specifically addressing the needs of Oil, Gas, and Mining companies, worldwide. The latest version, Global Energy Mapper 14, features a New and Enhanced Digitizer Tool for Creating a Flattened Site Plan and also includes import and export support for spatial databases. Also added is a new Terrain Analysis menu and the ability to calculate the volume between 2 terrains as well as the ability to find ridge lines on loaded terrain data. Support has been added for WFS (Web Feature Service) and WMTS (Web tiled WMS) for online data sources, and many new formats, including writing CADRG/CIB and ASRP images and reading/writing Garmin JNX format files.
